Tru by Hilton Pompano Beach Pier

I absolutely loved my stay at tru by Hilton from the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. The hotel has such a fresh, modern vibe, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The room was spotless, nicely designed, and super comfortable. I really appreciated how clean and organized everything was. It made my stay feel peaceful and stress free. A special thank you to the front desk receptionist Kaylia, who was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that I had everything I needed. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly made a difference.

Was in town for a lax tourney so decided to make best of it and stay on beach. Try Hilton was a perfect fit. Parking is in garage descent to hotel but was close and convenient. Stayed at new years so didn’t get a chance to Eaton rooftop but went up to check it out and it was awesome. Very convenient location next to a ton of shops and restaurants. Of all the things about this hotel that were great Stephanie D. was amazing!!! Forgot a uniform at hotel and she was so amazing and found it and boxed it up to be shipped out. We put almost 60 nights in a hotel a year and most would’ve just said they never found it but Stephanie went above and beyond! She is amazing and a reflection of the how accommodating this place really is! Highly recommend you come visit her!

Stephanie at the front desk was absolutely the most warming and welcoming receptionist I have ever experienced at any hotel. The hospitality made our family feel right at home from check-in. If I could personally recommend her for a promotion I would. The room itself (city view) is a bit noisy with the traffic outside but bearable, and the floors inside the room could have used a better cleaning. Cant beat the location if looking for a beach getaway. Anything you could need within walking distance, and even more a short ride away. Did I mention the hospitality from Stephanie? Top notch.

The Tru by Hilton Pompano Pier is a standout property! From the moment we arrived, the team was warm, efficient, and happy to help. The location is perfect, just steps from the Pompano Beach Pier, with ocean views and sunrise walks right outside the door. Loved the rooftop amenities: modern and lively, and the lounge area was a great spot to unwind. Everything feels fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend this one. With great service, unbeatable location, and a vibe that’s both upbeat and relaxing. We will definitely be back.

I have stayed at this hotel for both persoanl stays and professional events and I have to say, the experience has been flawless. The staff is very accommodating and pleasant to work with. I had a ton of questions regarding hosting events and they were so responsive, patient and helpful. As a guest, the rooms are clean and the access to the beach is so easy. I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful reception from Stephanie when we arrived. The location is perfect, service has been great! Our room is clean and quaint. The only downfall is having to pay for parking, but we felt it was worth it.

The location is perfect for Pompano Beach and really the only hotel I would stay at for this area. Upon arrival, Tommy greeted us upon our arrival. He was very professional, took his time with the customers and served everybody with a genuine smile. Our room was clean and were always given anything that we needed from housekeeping. The water pressure in the shower is on the low side, but that didn’t dampen our spirits in any way. During the time of our stay, we also encountered Stephanie at the front desk counter, who was always a joy. Like Tommy, Stephanie was very service orientated and did everything with a genuine smile and an upbeat vibe. Both Tommy and Stephanie are great employees and I wish there was more of them out there in the world.

Great place to stay. The location is excellent, right by the beach and pier. We came here last year on vacation and it was so great we came back for another 2 weeks this year. The breakfast each morning is very nice and the breakfast ladies are fantastic, so friendly and helpful. There’s a beautiful heated pool and hot tub and you can see the beach from the pool.
